If you encounter a view on Picter Workspace or Contests where the window sizes appear to be jumping and are causing a flickering effect please follow these steps to solve the issue on your computer:
Make sure your web browser zoom is set to 100%
Make sure your Microsoft Windows Display Scaling settings are set to 100% or 150% percent. To validate the display scaling settings, right click on your desktop, then select display settings. On "Scaling" make sure text size in apps and other elements is set ti 100% or 150%.
