To change your email address associated with your Picter account, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Account settings via the dropdown at the top right of your screen.
  2. Navigate to the 'Change email' section.
  3. Enter your password and the new email address you'd like to associate with your Picter account.
  4. An email will be sent to the new email address.
  5. Click the link in the email to verify your new email address.
  6. You'll be redirected to Picter and your account will now be associated with the new email address.

Once it's validated, the new email will replace your previous one everywhere in your account, including in your billing details. This also means you will no longer be able to login with the old email address.

Note: If the email address is already registered with another account on Picter we won't be able to make the change, as every account needs a unique email address associated with it. If you need to contest ownership of an email address contact us at support@picter.com
