To invite a latecomer to finish his or her submission after the deadline please follow these steps:
Go to app.picter.com/curate
Look for your contest
Click on the three vertical dots icon besides your contest’s name —> Invite photographers
Add the email address you want to invite in the text field „add email addresses ….“. Then click on invite. Multiple invitations are possible by separating the entered email addresses with commas
The photographer will receive an email containing a link to the submission process. Once he or she clicks the link in this mail they are able to finish the submission although the deadline is over. Depending on your curation process you may suggest the applicant to finish the submission timely.
