Rearranging the images in a project can be done via drag and drop.
To edit your image sequence in a project follow these steps:
Hover the image you want to place at a different position with the mouse cursor
Click and hold on the two bars that appear on the image card
Move the image to the position you want it to appear in your project. Indicated by the purple bar
Let go of the left mouse button
The purple bar indicates where in your sequence the image will land
The two bars at the top of the image card indicate that you can drag and drop the file around in your sequence.
