To invite a latecomer to finish his or her submission after the deadline please follow these steps:
Go to hosts.picter.com
Look for the "settings" of your contest
Scroll down to the "Access" section
Edit on "entrant invitations"
Invite the entrant(s) by adding their email addresses into the email address box
Pick a date for the duration of the special permission
Send the invitation
