Organizations, that you have submitted your photos to, don't receive your images directly. These organizations can view the submitted images online in screen resolution (max. 1500px on the long side).

Once your submission reached the shortlist or the winnerslist, the organizations will get access to your original files.

Of course the organizations are only allowed to use your images in the way as stated in their particular terms and conditions.
