On hots.picter.com open the "settings" page for your open call.
Open the "About" editor. If no content has been added yet use the "add" button. If content exists it opens with "edit"
You can add text blocks, image blocks, and gallery blocks
Text blocks allow for basic formatting with bold, italics, strikethrough and hyperlinks.
You can use the conventional keyboard shortcuts such as CMD+B, CMD+I.
You can also add headings and structured and unstructured lists.
Image blocks add a single image. They are great as a divider between longer text sections.
Gallery blocks allow multiple images to be uploaded. Galleries can have a title and a description.
All images you add to image and gallery blocks can have caption.
How to describe your open call
Add blocks in any order to describe your open call. There's no fixed structure, but most successful calls cover the sections below. Use them as a starting point and combine or skip whatever doesn't fit.
About the call: the theme, concept, and what you're looking for.
What entrants receive: prizes, exhibition, publication, exposure.
Who can enter: a quick yes/no on eligibility.
What to submit: the kind and scope of work you expect.
How entries are selected: the criteria and who decides.
About the organization: who is behind the call and why it exists.
Tip: A gallery of previous winners or previous editions is a common way to show applicants what to expect.
